OBJECTIVE: Take a pause to find the cause
This video includes a real time facilitation of this activity before students goes out to observe. Do this session in the class to help children identify the people, behaviour and the environment.
After the completion of the activity in the class, allow students to explore the area different times of the day and couples of days in the week before you bring the class together to consolidate their observations. Guiding questions: 1. Who are the people involved? 2. What is their behaviour? 3. What sort of environment exist? |

1. This exercise can be done as a group or as an individual activity. 2. Help students in building the stakeholder map 3. When students go to observe, remind them to be like a fly on the wall 4. In case students need to visit outside the class during class hours , help them with permissions etc 5. Ask students to record their observation otherwise they may forget |
